In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jillbet", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to jillbet.vip and the operating entity responsible for providing the online gaming services described herein.
• "User", "you", or "Player" means any individual who accesses or uses the jillbet platform, whether or not they have completed registration.
• "Account" means a registered jillbet player account created in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager placed using actual Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited to a jillbet Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by jillbet through promotions, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, or other promotional mechanisms that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, payment facilities, customer support, account management tools, and other features accessible through jillbet.vip.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to the Philippine electronic wallet payment services operated by Globe Telecom and PayMaya Philippines Inc., respectively.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under jillbet's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country, region, or jurisdiction in which accessing or using jillbet's Services is unlawful under applicable law.

By accessing jillbet.vip, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or depositing funds to a jillbet Account, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jillbet with respect to the Services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

To register and use jillbet's Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The legal minimum age for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines is 21 years. jillbet enforces this requirement through identity verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been created by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all funds within the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with local laws. Residents of Prohibited Territories are not permitted to register or play.
3. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent or are subject to legal guardianship may not register.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by jillbet or by any other gaming authority — that is currently in effect.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered jillbet Account per person. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.

To register a jillbet Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details if they change.

jillbet may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a compliance review. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys Card
• Valid Philippine Passport
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's Licence
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or full suspension of the Account until verification is completed to jillbet's satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillbet login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and change it periodically;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;

jillbet will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jillbet does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from accounts that do not match your registered jillbet identity will be subject to investigation and may be returned to the originating source.

jillbet does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. jillbet accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. jillbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must have completed jillbet's KYC verification to jillbet's satisfaction. jillbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete and may request additional documentation at any stage of the process.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 6 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day subject to banking infrastructure availability. These timelines are estimates and not contractual guarantees — actual processing times may vary due to factors outside jillbet's direct control, including payment network congestion or public holidays.

jillbet reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, and delay processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

jillbet may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless specifically stated as "no wagering," all bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) while slots typically contribute 100%. Check individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will be forfeited. Wagering requirements not met within the bonus validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: jillbet does not permit stacking of multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms.
• Abuse: jillbet reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement in gaming.

jillbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses are available to eligible Filipino players aged 21 and above only.

Each game available on jillbet is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction during a game round, jillbet's server-side transaction records shall be the authoritative record of the game state at the time of failure. jillbet will endeavour to resolve such situations fairly and promptly. Outcomes generated by a demonstrably malfunctioning system are void.

jillbet reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings where:

• A game error or software fault produced an erroneous result;
• Bets were placed on markets that were offered in error;
• There is reasonable evidence of collusion, cheating, or use of automated betting software;
• Odds or payout rates were published due to a manifest error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jillbet and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person without their knowledge;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering multiple Accounts (whether under your own name or any alias);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to generate guaranteed profit;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended;
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification, or geographic restriction implemented by jillbet;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillbet staff or other players through any communication channel.

jillbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity. The following player-protection features are available within every registered jillbet Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders and automatic logouts after a set duration;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over rolling time periods;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend or permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing communications from jillbet;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration of your current session and net wagering position.

Age Policy: jillbet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all real-money gaming activity. All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials available through jillbet.vip are the property of jillbet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from jillbet.vip without jillbet's prior written consent. The jillbet name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of jillbet. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

jillbet's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillbet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services.

jillbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to jillbet's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillbet is committed to compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and processes personal data only for the purposes and in the manner described in its Privacy Policy.

jillbet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required identity verification;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as set out in Section 10;
• A regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

Upon lawful Account closure, jillbet will process the return of any verified real-money balance (net of any amounts properly deducted for bonus forfeiture or other permitted offsets) within a reasonable time. Bonus funds are not returned upon Account closure.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting jillbet support. Note that a voluntary closure request does not override any ongoing investigation into Account activity.

jillbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jillbet will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of jillbet's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jillbet's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes should be raised in writing to jillbet's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jillbet's internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
